This site collects one thing: what you type into the consultation form.

What the form collects, and why
Your name, a phone number or an email address, your neighborhood, when you can be reached, which kinds of training you are interested in, and what you want to be able to do. It is collected so Quinn can get back to you about a consultation, and that is the only thing it is used for. The form never asks for payment details.
Where it goes
It is emailed to Quinn. This site holds a copy for up to 30 days so a failed email can be sent again, then deletes your details automatically and keeps only a count of how many requests arrived.
If you become a client
Quinn keeps her own notes on your training, the way any trainer does. Those live with her, not on this website, and this page only covers the website.
Who handles it
Cloudflare, who run this site and deliver the email, and nobody else. It is not sold or passed to anyone, and never used for advertising.
Cookies
None for tracking. Cloudflare Turnstile, the box that checks whether you are a person, may set a short-lived token of its own to do that job. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies and without fingerprinting you.
Seeing it or deleting it
Ask Quinn for a copy of what you sent, or ask her to delete it, and she will do it. Reply to her message, or reach her on Instagram.
